Sun Life Akita

The gymnasium inside "Sun Life Akita", the Akita City Welfare Center for Middle-aged and Older Workers. With an area of 984.90 sq m, the normal layout has 5 table tennis tables, 2 badminton courts, half a basketball court and half a volleyball court, while on Tuesdays and Fridays the layout has 10 table tennis tables and 2 badminton courts. Hot showers are also available. The building also has a seminar room, a lecture room, a Japanese-style club room, a 25 m heated pool, a training room, a running track, and a sauna and bath.
