Kutsurogi Yado Shintaki

Kutsurogi-juku Shintaki is a ryokan beside the river in the center of Higashiyama Onsen, Aizuwakamatsu, about a 3-minute walk from the Higashiyama Onsen Eki bus stop. It has four free-flowing hot-spring baths, including a rock bath once used by the lords of the Aizu domain. A table tennis room at the back of the first-floor lobby is lent free in 30-minute slots, with rackets and balls provided; guests book by writing on the whiteboard at the entrance.
