AUBEGIO Kirishima Kanko Hotel
An auberge-style hotel in the forests of Kirishima that serves the historic Satsuma no Tonoyu hot spring, about 300 years old, straight from the source with only water added. It has a panoramic bath overlooking Sakurajima, open-air and private baths, and footbaths, and the panoramic bath is also open to day visitors. It is about 30 minutes by bus from Kagoshima Airport and about an hour by car from central Kagoshima, with free parking. A table tennis corner on the 2nd floor of the central building lets guests play in their yukata.
