Mutsukawa Sports Hall

Mutsukawa Sports Hall, in Mutsukawa, Minami Ward, Yokohama, is a facility where residents can casually take part in sports and recreational activities. It consists of a sports room and tennis courts, and is a 2-minute walk from the Oike stop on the Kanachu bus. Opening hours are 9:00-21:00 from Monday to Saturday and 9:00-17:00 on Sundays and public holidays. It is closed on the third Monday of each month (the following day if that is a public holiday) and over the year-end and New Year period. Use for the following month is decided by a lottery held from 9:20 on the 1st of each month (the 5th in January), and if there are more applicants than places, another lottery is held at the time of additional applications. The hall also runs its own beginner and intermediate table tennis courses (3 sessions each). Set leaving times apply to children: elementary school age and younger until 17:00, junior high school students until 17:30 and high school students until 20:45.
