Hotel Seifuen
A long-established ryokan in Togura-Kamiyamada Onsen on the banks of the Chikuma River, with a history of more than 90 years. It is about 7-8 minutes by car from Togura Station on the Shinano Railway, with station pick-up available. The multipurpose hall "Sarashina" doubles as a table tennis room, and rackets and balls are provided.
