Toyama Sunrise
Toyama Sunrise (National Center for the Welfare of Persons with Disabilities) in Toyama, Shinjuku City, is a welfare center open to everyone, including people with disabilities, with training and meeting rooms, guest rooms, a restaurant and a gymnasium. It is about a 10-minute walk from Waseda Station on the Tozai Line or Wakamatsu-kawada Station on the Oedo Line. The first-floor gymnasium can be rented by groups, with bookings opening two months ahead for disability groups and one month ahead for others. Table tennis rackets and balls can be rented for a fee.
