As the name says, it's Special - and not Soft.
I have to question the manufacturer's naming sense... (it's confusing if you have hardball experience)The sheet seems about as hard as Allegro's, and the sponge is on the hard side. It's a plastic-ball spec! Though the hardness rating is unknown. My lot had a blue sponge.
This rubber seems designed to compete with, or benchmark against, Rinforce Power.
In other words, it has comparable performance and specs.I'd recommend it to JOOLA fans, people who like to be particular about their gear, or anyone who wants to stand out with sponge color!!
