It's a spin-oriented tension rubber, but unlike Tenergy, where spin comes on automatically just from a light touch, you need to really dig the ball into the sponge when you hit to get a lot of spin out of it.
Both the sheet and sponge are on the harder side, and it's heavy too, so hitting it hard takes quite a bit of strength — this is probably a rubber for advanced players.Overall Speed Spin Control

This rubber can't keep up with the spin-oriented tension rubbers that are mainstream these days, but it does have the advantage of being less affected by your opponent's spin, so receives and angled hits are easy (especially combined with how hard the sponge is).
It does put out solid speed, so I think it's a rubber that can really transform depending on the player using it.Overall Speed Spin Control

It uses glass fiber, and the blade is relatively thin but heavy.
The blade isn't just stiff - it also has some flex, which makes fine technique easier and spin easy to generate.

Speed and spin are both at a level where you really can't complain, but it's quite heavy.

Above all, it's Skyline, so the tackiness is strong and it puts a lot of spin on the ball.
It's not the kind of rubber where just tapping the ball makes it fly, but if you swing through properly it bounces quite a bit.
