  Omega V Pro

  

  The sheet has kind of a moist feel to it, what you'd call a non-slip type. It feels similar to Mizuno's Quasar line. You can tell right away just by looking that it's different from the drier-feeling sheets on rubbers like Rasant or the Omega 4 line.
  The feel is soft for a 47.5-degree hardness (probably because the sheet itself is soft), and topspin drives on both sides — both grazing shots and full hits — were really good, sending the ball up nicely. It's good against backspin too.
  It also bounces quite a bit more than Quasar, so for a spin-oriented tension rubber, lobbing is fairly stable too.
  It doesn't have as much bounce as Tenergy 64, but light taps still feel reasonably automatic to use.
  That said, blocks also fly upward, so if you're not confident blocking, I'd say it's better on the forehand than the backhand. But for players who attack with both hands and use their backhand a lot, I can highly recommend it there.

  Compared to the Omega 4 series (Asia, Pro), the bounce is toned down a bit but it flies noticeably higher, giving it more spin. The Omega 5 Tour reportedly has even more bounce and flies in more of a straight line, so I'd guess it's a real rocket of a rubber (lol)
  I'd recommend this to players who like to have fun, or serious players at the high school level and up.
  On the other hand, it might not be ideal for elementary/junior high players who do a lot of short-game play over the table.

  シートは潤いを帯びているかのようないわゆるノンスリップ系です。ミズノのクエーサー系統と同じ感じです。ラザントやオメガ4系の乾燥気味なシートとは違うのが見た感じですぐわかります。
  打球感は47.5度の割には柔らかく(おそらくシートが柔らかいため)両ハンドドライブは擦り打ち、当て打ち共にかなり良かったです、上に飛びます。対下回転もgoodです。
  また、クエーサーよりかなり弾むため、スピン系テンションにしてはロビングもわりと安定します。
  テナジー64程弾みはしませんが、軽打もそこそこオートマチックな感じで使えます。
  ただブロックも上方向に飛ぶのでブロックに苦手意識がある方はバックで使うよりかはフォアの方がいいかなーとは思います。両ハンド攻撃でバックを多用する方にはバックはすごくおすすめできます。

  オメガ4シリーズ(アジア、プロ)と比べると弾みが若干押さえられた代わりにかなり上に飛ぶようになり回転量が上がった形になります。オメガ5ツアーのほうがより弾み、直線的らしいのでかなりぶっ飛ぶラバーだと予想できます(笑)
  遊び人や高校以上レベルのガチ勢におすすめです。
  逆に台上処理が多い小中レベルの方には微妙かもです。

  I used this for three years with various rubbers (the Omega 4 series, Extend, Tenergy 05, and others).

  Before this I was using Nittaku's Firumea, and what I remember thinking with that one was "whoa, this really bounces a lot."

  The feel is semi-hard, softer than a typical carbon blade. Once you factor in the weight of whatever rubber you put on it, it ends up on the heavier side — I wouldn't recommend it to women.

  Hard hits tend to sail long. A strong drive that catches the core of the blade flies out in a nice, clean arc.
  I'd recommend a slightly softer high-tension rubber — it's easier to work with.

  様々なラバー(オメガ4シリーズ、エクステンド、テナジー05等)と組み合わせて3年間使用しました。

  今まではニッタクのフィルメアを使っていたのですがその中で感じたことは「うわめっちゃ跳ねる」でした。

  打球感はセミハードで普通のカーボンラケットよりかは柔らかめです。重さは貼るラバーのタイプを加味すると重くなると思います。女子にはおすすめしません。

  強打はオーバー傾向 ラケットの芯まで当てる強いドライブはきれいな放物線で飛んでいきます。
  ラバーはやや柔らかめのハイテンションラバーが使いやすくておすすめです。

  With a rubber hardness of 48.5, it feels harder overall compared to rival high-tension rubbers like Tenergy 05.

  I think it's fair to say the topsheet is on the harder side and the sponge is a bit on the softer side.

  For topspin drives, if you really grip the ball down into the sponge you get a lot of spin and power, but personally I found it hard to do sheet-grazing serves and short game stops.
  Smashes and lobs are easier to control than you'd expect from a high-tension rubber, which left a good impression.

  Also, like XIOM rubbers in general, it lasts a long time.

  I'd recommend it to students who want more of a hard feel than Tenergy 05 while keeping costs low.

  ラバー硬度48.5ということで、テナジー05等のハイテンション勢の競合ラバーと比べると全体的に硬い印象です。

  シートが硬め、スポンジがやや柔らかめという認識で間違いはないと思います。

  ドライブはスポンジまでしっかりひっかければかなりのスピンと球威が出ますが、シートで擦るサーブや台上ストップがやりにくいと個人的に感じました。
  強打やロビングはハイテンションにしてはコントロールしやすく、好印象です。

  またxionのラバー全体に言えますが寿命が長めです。

  テナジー05よりハード感がほしく、かつロープライスで済ませたい学生さんにおすすめです。
