Sheara is famous as the demon of counter-chopping, right? Since this is from the glue era, I don't think this rubber is really suited for counter-chopping... but it's a good rubber for beginners just starting out!

This one's for beginners. It's a control rubber. It's a bit more bouncy and grabs a bit more spin than something like UQ, and overall it's an easy-to-use rubber! It might work for an intermediate player's backhand too!

This is a beginner's rubber. I think it's really good for learning the basic techniques, but once you become an intermediate player it feels quite lacking. Even for a beginner, it's a hard pick as your second rubber, so it really sits in that entry-level position.

The rubber I'd always felt held the ball the longest was the Evolution MX-P, but this one comes pretty close to that. Maybe it's because of the blue sponge? Since this ball-holding directly translates into control, it comes with both stability and destructive power!

The ball leaves quickly, so this is a speed-focused rubber. It's perfect for putting on a fast, outer-carbon blade and sending your blocks flying, using blocking itself as an attacking tactic. Then when your opponent starts struggling to put the ball away, in comes the smash! Pretty nasty, haha. Recommended for players who prioritize a fast, snappy hit!
