I borrowed this from a friend and got to try it out. It's easy to hit against backspin. It "lifts easily" — since it's soft, I'd recommend it for the backhand. I don't know if it's because of my blade, but it makes a kind of hollow "poko-poko" sound.

It's really good, but
I'll say upfront that some people might find it too bouncy to use.
Speed, spin, and control are all at a high level, but
if I had to name a downside (since not many other people mention this), it would be that serves can be hit or miss when it comes to grip.
Personally, I thought it was better on the forehand. The sponge design is really good, so I'd recommend it.Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft
