I put this on switching over from a tension rubber, and it felt fine with no real discomfort. The tackiness is decent too, and it felt easy to use. I think it's a good one for getting a feel for the basics of tacky rubbers. Once I get used to it, I want to try a more tacky rubber like Shoryu.

Just like the title says, the tackiness was weaker than I expected. The manufacturer lists it as strongly tacky, so I was a little let down. However, you can boost it with something like a TSP tack-boosting sheet.
Performance-wise, it's more than good enough — the loaded "chori-drive" style shots and loop drives that are the whole appeal of tacky rubber were easy to pull off. Hitting flat and hard also gets decent speed. You can put the ball away in one shot too. I think the short game is easy with this as well.
As a YouTuber named Watta also mentioned, it has that muted, thuddy feel similar to the Hurricane NEO series, so I'd like people who like that heavy kind of tacky rubber to try it at least once.Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

Pretty standard performance. It's close to Vega Europe/Asia in feel, so I'd call it a rubber for everyone. It can handle any technique reasonably well.

This is a new product from STIGA, a brand I strongly associate with short pips. I bought it on the recommendation of my regular equipment shop. Here's a comparison with the V-15 Stiff I was using before.
Speed: about the same
Spin: DNA-H
Control: V-15 Stiff
Grip: DNA-H
That's roughly how it breaks down. The strength of the German rubber's topsheet and the grip of the topsheet both feel great. The sponge is orange with large bubbles, giving it a Tenergy-like feel. However, it bounces quite a bit, so I'd recommend the Middle or Soft version for beginners. I think this is a rubber that's easy to control and good for learning the basics. That said, both the sponge and the top sheet are pretty hard. Also, since the tension is weak and it's hard to get spin on the ball, I personally found rubbers like Elite or Europe easier to use.
