I tried pasting it from the tension rubber, but I was able to go without feeling uncomfortable. I felt it was easy to use as it had some stickiness. I think it's a good way to grasp the basics of adhesion. Once I got used to it, I wanted to try a more sticky rubber such as Shoryu.

I think it is a rubber that is easy to control and suitable for learning the basics. However, the sponge and top sheet are quite hard. Also, the tension is weak and the rotation is difficult to apply, so I felt that elites and Europeans were easier to handle personally.
