  This is a review from someone who normally uses tension rubber.

  ・The feel isn't as hard as the hardness rating suggests.
  When you hit it, you get a soft "thud" feeling where the ball sinks slightly into the rubber.
  ・The arc is very high.
  ・It's not especially easy to put spin on the ball.
  ・Even hitting backspin balls hard close to the table, it goes in easily.
  ・Because it's slightly tacky and has a high arc, the speed isn't that fast. You need to use a blade with some pop.
  ・To bring out its performance, you have to use a tacky-rubber stroke.

  
  If you normally use tension rubber, you might feel like the arc is high, but the spin isn't amazing and it's not particularly easy to generate spin either.
  Unless you can play with a tacky-rubber stroke, I think it's hard to draw out this rubber's potential. (Myself included.)

  Compared to a normal tacky rubber, it's a lot easier to use.
  For those who want to counter-attack with topspin close to the table, it's a great rubber for easily hitting backspin balls.

  ・打球感は硬度ほど硬くない。
  　打った感触は、打つ際ボスッとラバーにわずかに食い込む感じ。
  ・弧線は非常に高い。
  ・回転がかけやすいわけではない
  ・前陣で下回転を思い切り打っても入りやすい。
  ・スピードは微粘着・弧線が高いためあまり速くない。ある程度弾むラケットを使う必要がある。
  ・性能を引き出すには、粘着ラバーの打ち方をしなければならない。

  
  普段テンションラバーを使っていると、弧線は高いが、回転がすごくかかるわけではないし、かけやすいわけでもない、と感じるかもしれません。
  粘着ラバーの打ち方ができる人でないと、このラバーのポテンシャルを引き出すのは、難しいと思います。（私もですが）

  普通の粘着ラバーよりは、かなり使いやすいラバーです。
  前陣でドライブ速攻したい方には、下回転を簡単に打てる良いラバーです。
