  HYBRID K3

  

  I wouldn't recommend this to beginners or players without much power, but I'd recommend it to powerful players like high school boys and up.

  Good points
  - Easy to loop backspin
  Because the sheet is strong, it's quite easy to lift the ball.
  - Easy to hit speed drives
  Since the drive draws an arc, it's easy to hit speed drives where you brush the ball while adding spin.
  When I played against a chopper, I could smash them away with ease.
  - Easy to counter
  If you brush upward it goes over, so instead of upward, pushing forward makes it land in.
  - Easy to block
  Even though drives are faster than with tension rubber, blocks stop the ball dead.
  - Easy short-game technique
  Both stops and flicks are easy to do.

  Bad points
  - Doesn't spin as much as you'd expect
  For a tacky rubber, it doesn't generate as much spin as you'd think.
  - Probably not much of the weird wobbly balls
  When I attack with it, I don't feel like I get as many odd bouncing balls as expected.
  - The rubber is on the heavy side
  If you put it on both sides, including the blade weight it probably comes to around 190g.

  Overall it's well balanced and easy to use.
  That said, if you put it on a wooden blade it becomes a rubber that barely bounces at all, so it's better matched with a blade that has special materials in it.

  初心者やパワーのあまり無い選手にはお勧めしませんが、高校生以上の男子などパワーのある選手にはお勧めです。

  良い点
  ・下回転の打ちやすさ
  シートが強いためかなり簡単に持ち上がります。
  ・スピードドライブの打ちやすさ
  ドライブが弧線を描くため、弾いて回転をかけるスピードドライブが打ちやすいです。
  カットマンと試合したときは強打でカモれます。
  ・カウンターのしやすさ
  上に擦るとオーバーするので、上ではなく前に押してやると入ります。
  ・ブロックがしやすい
  テンションラバーよりもドライブが速いにも関わらず、ブロックするとメチャクチャ止まります。
  ・台上技術がしやすい
  ストップもフリックもしやすいです。

  悪い点
  ・思ったほどは回転がかからない
  粘着ラバーのわりに思ったほど回転はかかりません。
  ・癖玉はおそらくそこまで出ない
  こちらが攻めたときに思ったほど癖玉が出てない気がします。
  ・ラバーが重め
  両面に貼るとラケットの重さ込みで190gほどにはなるかと思います。

  全体的には使いやすくまとまっています。
  ただし木材のラケットに貼るとメチャクチャ弾まないラバーになるので、特殊素材の入ったラケットに合わせた方が良いです。

  Vega Asia

  

  I have this on a 5-ply wood blade.
  It seems to be a harder version of Vega Europe, but it's still a pretty soft rubber, about the same softness.
  If someone handed me Vega Europe and told me it was Vega Asia, I'm not confident I'd notice the difference.

  As I mentioned in my Vega Europe review too, this is definitely a rubber that will split opinion.

  Because the rubber is so soft, players who mainly rely on smashes or fast topspin drives will often find the ball sinks in too much and dives into the net.
  I can see why power hitters would call this a garbage rubber.

  On the other hand, for players who mainly use loop drives in a spin-heavy, loopy style of table tennis, the control is quite good and the drive spin holds well, so I think it would get a pretty good rating from them.

  I've tried most of the rubbers you can buy for around 3000 yen, and this one stands out as clearly better performing among them.
  I'd recommend this rubber to beginner-to-intermediate players and to those who love that spin-heavy loop style.

  5枚合板に貼っています。
  ヴェガヨーロッパよりは硬くしたラバーみたいですが、ほぼ同じくらいの柔らかいラバーです。
  ヴェガアジアだよと言ってヨーロッパ渡されてもわかる自信が無いです。

  ヴェガヨーロッパでも書いていますが、間違いなく好き嫌いが分かれるラバーになると思います。

  ラバーが柔らかすぎるため、スマッシュやスピードドライブが主体の選手だとボールがラバーに食い込みすぎてネットに突き刺さることがしばしばあります。
  パワーで打つ選手にとってはゴミラバーと言われても納得です。

  逆にループドライブをよく使うチョリチョリ卓球が主体の選手だとコントロール性能もかなり良く、ドライブの回転もかかるためかなり良いラバーの評価になるかと思います。

  3000円前後で買えるラバーはだいたい試しましたが、その中では頭一つ抜けて性能が良いです。
  初中級者の人やチョリチョリ好きな戦型の人にはお勧めのラバーです。

  Mark V

  

  This is the rubber I used back when I started table tennis, in the celluloid ball era.
  Trying it again now with the 40mm plastic ball, it really doesn't send the ball flying and doesn't generate much spin.
  If you hit with the kind of power you'd use to aim near the opponent's end line with a high-tension rubber, the ball barely bounces — it drops somewhere around the middle of their court.
  It's not that there's zero spin, but it's just about the amount an opponent can block comfortably, so it's tough to win points with your drive.
  That said, it's easy to control.
  It's cheap and easy to control, so I'd recommend it to beginners who need to develop a feel for putting spin on the ball and aiming for a target area.
  Unless you're particularly attached to the Mark V name, intermediate players and above will probably find it easier to win with a rubber that bounces more and grips the ball better.

  セルボール時代、卓球を始めた頃に使っていたラバーです。
  40㎜プラボールになってから改めて使った感想ですが、さすがにボールが飛んでいきませんし回転もあまりかかりません。
  ハイテンションラバーで相手のエンドライン近くを狙う力で打つと、相手のコートの真ん中で落ちるくらいの弾まなさです。
  回転も全くかからないわけではないですが、ちょうど相手がブロックしやすい回転くらいしかかからないため、ドライブで点を取るには骨が折れます。
  ただしコントロールはしやすいです。
  値段も安いですしコントロールもしやすいので、自分で回転をかける感覚やコースを狙う感覚を身に着ける必要のある初心者にはおすすめできます。
  マークVに特にこだわりが無ければ中級者以上の人はもっと弾んで回転のかかるラバーにした方が勝ちやすいと思います。

  ALTIUS COMBO

  

  I had the chance to try the Altius Inner, Combo, and Outer versions, so I'm writing up a review.
  To cut to the conclusion, out of the three, the Combo was clearly the easiest to use.

  Speed: Outer > Combo = Inner
  Spin: Combo = Inner > Outer
  Control: Combo > Inner > Outer
  Feel: Combo > Inner > Outer
  All three versions are on the lighter side in weight.

  The Combo gives you a solid feel on contact, and you get a real sense that you're the one controlling the shot.
  Despite that, it still bounces well and seems to carry some weight behind the ball too.
  I put the fairly hard Hybrid K3 rubber on it and the pairing felt great.
  On the other hand, when I tried Vega Europe, it didn't bounce as much as it does on a 5-ply blade, so I think it pairs better with a harder rubber than a soft one.
  It's not a blade that bounces like crazy, but I'd recommend it for anyone looking for a blade that bounces while still keeping a good feel on contact.

  アルティウスのインナー、コンボ、アウターをそれぞれ試打する機会があったためレビューを書いておきます。
  結論から書くと、3種類の中で頭一つ抜けて使いやすいラケットでした。

  スピード　アウター＞コンボ＝インナー
  スピン　コンボ＝インナー＞アウター
  コントロール　コンボ＞インナー＞アウター
  打球感　コンボ＞インナー＞アウター
  ラケットの重量は3種類とも軽めです。

  コンボはしっかりと打球感があり、自分でコントロールをしている感が感じられます。
  その割に打球も弾みますし重さも出てるみたいです。
  硬めのラバーであるハイブリッドK3を貼って打ちましたが相性は◎だと思います。
  逆にベガヨーロッパを貼ってみたら、5枚合板に貼るよりも弾まなかったので、柔らかいラバーよりも硬いラバーと相性が良いのだと思います。
  メチャクチャ弾むわけでは無いですが、打球感を残しつつ弾むラケットを探している人にはお勧めです。

  V＞15 Extra

  

  The speed of the drive itself is fast, but for me it flew too straight and hit the upper part of the net.

  My playing style is mainly loop-drive based, so unless the ball arcs a bit more, I couldn't really handle it.
  So I switched to the V>15 Stiff, and that suited me.

  The drive was too unstable for me, so I didn't get around to testing things like how easy the short game is.
  Looking at other people's reviews too, I get the impression this rubber suits players who are mainly speed-drive oriented.

  ドライブのスピード自体は速いのですが、私では真っすぐに飛びすぎてネットの上の方に当たりました。

  私はループドライブ主体の戦型なので、もう少し弧線を描いて飛んでくれないと扱いきれなかったです。
  そのためV＞15 Stiffにしたら私とは合いました。

  ドライブが安定しなさ過ぎて、台上のしやすさなどは試していません。
  他の方のレビューを見てもスピードドライブ主体の人には合うラバーなのかな？と思います。
