I bought this for my backhand after watching Yu-san's video... but after test-hitting it, I ended up using it on my forehand instead.
If I had to describe this rubber in one word, it's "the rubber that never lets a receive give you trouble."
Because it's insensitive to spin, techniques like riding the ball or flicking it are extremely easy to pull off.
And oddly enough, the ball doesn't drop when you drive with it.
So when you're stuck against an opponent's serve and just go for a "flick as a fallback" or "loop as a fallback" receive, it's very easy to execute.
The flick in particular is outstandingly easy. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say the flick is the whole reason I use this on my forehand.Blocking and countering are as easy as Yu-san described in his video.
Serving is neither good nor bad. Compared to the Glayzer I have on my backhand, it might be a bit harder to put spin on serves.
Drives fly well when you hit them compactly and hard. But with a big swing, my power just wasn't enough to make them fly. This is definitely a backhand-oriented rubber, but I'd also recommend it to anyone like me who wants to prioritize forehand flicks and blocks.
