  As others have written, I used Butterfly's Compara double-sided extra thick rubber.
  Combined with a soft racket, it's a very versatile offensive and defensive gear with a heavy ball quality.
  Personally, it's my favorite gear.
  I don't recommend a hard racket, but
  It's a very good rubber!
  Since Compara wasn't an option, I'll write down the recommended racket.

  他にも書かれている方がいらっしゃいましたがバタフライ社コンパラの両面特厚で使用しました。
  柔らかいラケットと合わせたこともあり、重たい球質の実に汎用性の高い攻守用ギアになりました。
  個人的には好みのギアです
  硬いラケットはお勧めしませんが
  とてもいいラバーです!
  コンパラが選択肢になかったので推奨ラケットを記入します。

  Anti-Power

  

  You can return strong drives shallowly and low, and it's easy to adjust the angle to return the ball.
  It was an anti-rubber with no particular quirks.
