    Even from just the forehand knock-up stage, it bounces more than I expected.
    It has a gripping feel, and control is easy.
    When you hit hard with a smash, it makes a metallic sound and produces a really satisfying shot.
    Likewise, blocking a hard hit just by squaring up the racket face turns into a counter-like return.

    Overall, hitting hard with a meet shot produces a fast ball — probably due to the sponge — while hitting softly makes blocks stop really well, so it feels like you get the best of both a hard rubber and a soft rubber. It seemed suited to players who fight close to the table or at mid-distance.
