Sugi Pharmacy Chiryu Welfare Arena, the welfare gymnasium of Chiryu City. The municipal gymnasium has a running track (4F), a kyudo (archery) range (4F), a table tennis hall with spectator seats (3F), the arena (2F), kendo and judo halls (basement) and a training room. A senior welfare center, a welfare center for people with physical disabilities and the Nishi Children's Center are also housed here.
