: An indoor heated pool facility along National Route 23, near the Fujimae Tidal Flat. The pool is 50 meters long; the only 50-meter pools in the city are Nanyo Pool and Gaishi Arena. In addition to a training room, it has a light exercise room (146 square meters) where table tennis and other activities can be enjoyed.

Opening hours: Indoor pool 10:00-20:30 (1st, 3rd and 5th Sundays and public holidays 10:00-18:00)
Light exercise room and meeting rooms 9:00-21:00 (1st, 3rd and 5th Sundays and public holidays 9:00-18:00)

Closed: 2nd, 4th and 5th Fridays (open when they fall on a public holiday), year-end and New Year (Dec 29 - Jan 3)
