The gymnasium of the Matsuyama City General Community Center in Minato-machi, Matsuyama. It is in the centre of Matsuyama, within walking distance of Iyo Railway's Dobashi, Otemachi and Matsuyama-eki-mae stops. It is used as a venue for table tennis tournaments such as the Matsuyama Mayor's Cup Table Tennis Tournament, the Matsuyama Open Junior High School Team Table Tennis Tournament and the Matsuyama Open Large Ball Table Tennis Tournament.
