Marine (Table tennis experience: 6-10 years) For practicing mixed doubles

Practice with your mixed doubles partner 3-4 times a month.
Game training can be done by the usual team, so here we focus on basic training.
Two people alternately hit the machine opponent to check how to enter and exit, remove the machine and practice the basics.
I think it's a good place to practice with a theme.

月に3～4回ミックスダブルスのパートナーと練習します。
ゲーム練はいつものチームでできますので、ここでは基礎練中心行っています。
マシン相手に二人交互に打って入り方出方のチェック、マシンを取り外して基礎練をしています。
テーマをもって練習するにはなかなかいい場所だと思いますよ。
