Poppins Amusement & Table Tennis Bar

A dining bar in the first basement of the Goyo Bldg. near Takasaki Station. As the name suggests, it is an amusement bar with a table tennis table, and darts and a projector are also installed. It has 32 seats (50 people standing) and can be booked out for groups of 20 to 50. Service charge 600 yen plus tax, no credit cards, smoking allowed at all seats.
