Dohoku ARCS Taisetsu Arena. In summer the multipurpose arena is used for amateur sports and exhibition events, and on days with no exclusive booking it is open to the public as an indoor venue for table tennis, basketball and other sports. In winter it is used as an ice rink. It also has a multipurpose room for about 90 people and a meeting room for about 18. Check the event schedule before visiting.
