: A public welfare center for middle-aged and older workers in Higashimiwa, Kitami City, also used for training sessions, meetings and group activities. The gymnasium can be used for badminton, table tennis and volleyball, for both individuals and groups. It also has a training room, meeting rooms and parking for about 150 cars.

Closed: Thursdays, the day after national holidays, year-end/New Year holidays

Fees: Gym individual use: 360 yen (general/middle-aged), 180 yen (seniors, high school and university students)
Free for elementary/junior high students and people with disabilities
Group use: 1,300 yen/hour (full court), 650 yen/hour (half court); heating fee added in winter
