A Hyogo prefectural general gymnasium used for a wide range of purposes, from international competitions to club practice sessions and training camps for sports organizations. The 1,805 sqm main hall (53.9 x 33.5 m, 19 m high) can hold 30 table tennis tables and has 1,960 fixed seats and 1,600 roll-back seats, plus four officials' rooms, four players' waiting rooms, four changing rooms and four shower rooms. Martial arts room B (309 sqm) can also accommodate 8 table tennis tables. Other facilities include a medium hall and a small hall, an aerobics room with 28 types of training equipment, a 100 m running deck, various seminar rooms and a Japanese-style meeting room, lodging with Western-style rooms, Japanese-style rooms and special rooms, and shared facilities such as a cafeteria, locker rooms and shower rooms, making it suitable for training camps and workshops.
