- A coach sticks for about 2 hours.
- Lesson time varies depending on the number of participants.
- Participating in the middle, leaving the room is OK.
- Because it is not a monthly fee system, you can participate any time you like on any day of the week.
- One person can participate.
- Registration fee is not required although membership registration is required only for the first time.
- In rare cases, the coach may be out of physical condition and be absent. In that case we will change to a practice session of 1000 yen for 3 hours.
- Participation by non-sports wear is prohibited in principle.
- When the dedicated instructor can not be in charge, the external coach may be in charge.
