A municipal gymnasium in Kita-Dejima, Wakayama City. The arena is 1,173 square meters (34 m x 34.5 m) with 300 spectator seats, and can be used for basketball, 6 badminton courts, 2 tennis courts, futsal and more. Use is divided into morning, afternoon, evening 1 and evening 2 slots, from 9:00 to 21:00. It is closed over the year-end and New Year period (Dec 29 - Jan 3). Parking is available for about 38 cars. Reservations can be made at the counter or by phone, and provisional bookings are also accepted online; a lottery covering one month of slots two months ahead is held on the 1st of each month.
