The grip is thin, so it feels a little unreliable, but wrapping it with grip tape makes it much better.
The bounce is low, noticeably more subdued than other wood blades.
I'm using Rasant, and even at 2.0mm, missing into the net increases as soon as I back off to mid-distance.
That said, it's just right for learning basic strokes, and it has excellent control. It's a blade you can hit consistently with, from the short game all the way through drives.

The grip is thinner than a typical blade, and since it's light, a bit of extra weight elsewhere isn't a problem
It's usable from beginner level, and if you're committed to a pure wood blade, you could use it all the way through your junior years
