This is the Tenergy that everyone loves.
The spin performance is just absurd. No matter how low your contact point is, it grips the ball and sends it forward with real reassurance. The speed is solid too, only slightly behind Rasant.
Of all the TENERGY rubbers, this is the one best suited to spin, and it has a good offense-defense balance too.
Another feature is that it lasts noticeably longer, so you can still put good spin on the ball even after using it for a while.
Before jumping into the 05, I'd recommend building up some experience with Rozena or Glayzer first.
It's not as quirky as Rasant, but it's still a rubber that really requires some skill to use well…
The weight and price are the sticking points, but it's the type of rubber that suits pretty much everyone, so why not give it a try?
Just something to keep in mind!

This is a rubber with a lot of quirks, even among short pips.
The feel is on the hard side, and I'd put it in the harder-to-control category.
It's less forgiving than other short pips, but the performance is that much better, so I think players already used to short pips should definitely give it a try!

I tried a friend's racket with this rubber.
The control is head and shoulders above everything else.
Since it doesn't have any quirks, I think it's great for beginners trying to get a feel for the game.
Also, if you want to score points with steady, consistent shots, you should be satisfied with it up to a certain level.
It's easy on the wallet too, so why not give it a try?

This is a soft, easy-to-handle tacky rubber.
While Tackiness Chop is built entirely for defense, Tackiness Drive is an all-round tacky rubber that works well for both defense and offense.
Because the sponge is soft, if you really sink the ball into it you get a nice spinny shot. The arc is also fairly high!
It doesn't produce much speed, but it's easy to control, and I'd recommend it to anyone trying tacky rubber for the first time!

    I tried out a senior teammate's rubber.
I liked this one better than the Rakza X I'd tried before.
The sponge is hard, so just touching the ball sends it flying quite far. But if you swing through properly, you get spin on par with the Hurricane, and you still get decent speed, so I'd recommend it over the Hurricane. Also, unlike the Hurricane, it doesn't have that particular quirk, so as long as you don't mind the weight, anyone can use it.
Hope this helps as a reference!
