The TSP Swat is a well balanced, sensitive offensive blade in a class of it's own. The Japanese development team, led by former world class player Koji Matsushita has managed a blade that defines the attributes of feel and quality build again. Through the delicate ball touch in conjunction with the light 7-ply blade, TSP Swat is the perfect OFF- blade for the variable topspin players.

    ■ Representative Voices
▲ PositiveGetting this quality at 5,000 yen is amazing. Despite being 7-ply, it has excellent spin performance and works with both hard and soft tension. It's a racket you can use from your first racket until retirement.
▽ CriticalSpeed is somewhat lacking, and intermediate players may find the performance insufficient. Personally, I didn't like the wood's feedback feel and eventually felt it retained the ball too much, so I switched to another racket.

I used this as my second racket.

As the title says, I wrapped grip tape around the Flare Slim handle.
This shifted the center of gravity to the center, making it much easier to use.

Speed: It produces decent speed, but the ball dwell time is so good that I felt it was lacking for overly aggressive play.

Spin: Being made of wood, it generates spin well.

Control: The ball dwell time is really good, giving you the feeling that you can adjust your spin as you hit the ball.

I think it's perfect as a first racket.

It has power, and I think it's good that there are many candidates for a second racket.
