      It's a single-ply blade, and since the wood is fairly thick, I think it's a blade that lets you hit a forehand that won't get pushed around by drive players, even with short pips.
      On top of that, it's not too heavy, so you can swing without losing swing speed, which also makes it perfect for angle shots.

      I'm using it with a max-thickness Roundell on one side only. It gives plenty of speed and power, and at this price you can really enjoy the feel of a single-ply hinoki blade. It's easy to handle, so it's easy to swing on the backhand too. I'd like to put a rubber on the other side too at some point.
