The Septier Feel Inner lets you hit stable topspin drives and smashes. You can play table tennis just as stably as with a non-carbon blade, but I felt like a non-carbon blade with that same stability would be just as good. Still, the unique ball-holding feel and touch of the Kiso hinoki (cypress) wood were nice.
I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to try a carbon blade.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little soft

It doesn't bounce much, but it's not overly deadened either, and the feel is soft too.
I think a harder rubber suits it better, but
you could also aim for stability by using a softer one.
Anyway, for third-ball attacks off the serve, or rallies from close-to-mid distance, if you pick the right rubber you can do topspin rallies just fine.

I'm currently using the Septier Feel Inner, and the feel is soft — instead of a high-pitched sound, it makes more of a "poko" or "n" kind of sound. My current rubber is pretty soft, but I think a harder rubber would actually suit it better.
Also, if you're using Rakza Z, I think Extra Hard is better, since that's what I'm planning to switch to next.
It's easy to put spin on and easy to hold onto the ball.
