      It's a funny rubber, lol. I bought it just for fun. Might be good for people who don't want to spend much on table tennis — in terms of value for money alone, it's decent.
      That said, it's definitely not suited for people playing seriously, like in a school club, lol.
      It's kind of a "sort of usable...?" type of rubber.
      I wouldn't really recommend it, but if you're into the history of table tennis or curious about old-school rubbers, it might be worth trying. It's decent enough as an entry point for chopping with short pips.

      This is Septier C, used on my backhand.
      On the forehand I have VICTAS's V>01 Stiff.
      I put this on specifically for receiving.
      There's really one thing to say about this rubber: its control is great because it barely bounces at all.
      It doesn't bounce at all — even mounted on a bouncy 7-ply hinoki racket, I still got net misses...
      It's completely unaffected by incoming spin and comes back as a knuckle ball, and if you snap it hard you still get decent speed, so opponents seemed to have trouble handling it. It's on the backhand of a Chinese-penhold setup, but I can highly recommend this as the first rubber a chopper puts on.
