When I used it on the backhand, pushes and blocks landed easily, and for chiquita on receive it was easy to use — it wasn't affected much by the opponent's spin and was fast too.

GO is GOD Recommended for your first tension rubber!

Back in junior high, this rubber was so famous around me that it was basically synonymous with the rubber strong players used. I think it's not just for intermediate players — it's easy enough to use that it suits beginners too.
On top of the high performance, the price is kept relatively reasonable, which I really appreciate for people who think, "I want to keep costs down, but I still want a good rubber!"
Among tension rubbers in this price range, this is definitely one I can especially recommend. I'd love for people trying tension rubber for the first time to give this a try.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

I put Roundell Hard on the forehand of my Korbel and Roundell Soft on the backhand. Comparing the hard and soft versions, I didn't notice much difference doing ordinary ball-bouncing type practice. The biggest difference between hard and soft showed up on serves and hard-hit shots.
On serves, using the same motion for a backspin serve, the soft version stopped shorter. And on drives where you brush up from underneath, the hard version had more of a feel of the rubber catching the ball firmly and snapping it out, while the soft version gave more of an impression of stability on reflex swings, like when the opponent aims for the opposite side.
I mostly play close to the table and use a lot of blocks and short-game shots, so if I go with Roundell again, I think I'd put Hard on the forehand and Normal on the backhand. It's nice that Roundell comes in three grades (covering price and bounce), so you can pick based on playing style, age, and so on.
Roundell Soft is recommended for junior-high players with stable drives, or for playing styles that focus on the short game and want to keep the bounce down. And if Soft ever feels like it's not quite enough, you can step up to Normal and then Hard, which is another reason it's a good rubber.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

This has nothing to do with the product itself, but this was the first tension rubber I ever used!
I'd recommend it to people who want to build the basic strokes of table tennis, or for an intermediate player's backhand.
Since it's soft, it's easy to get a feel for both flat hitting and putting spin on the ball. That said, once you reach an intermediate level you'll probably start to feel it's not quite enough. If you start feeling that way, it's proof your strokes have developed, so I think that's the point to switch to a higher-tension rubber. I used this on an Innerforce ALC. My first impression was that it's soft and easy to control. I think it's an ideal rubber for beginner to intermediate players.

I think this rubber has really good control.
Since it's soft, you get a strong sense of holding the ball, and I could hit exactly where I aimed.

I used this on my backhand side. Since both the sheet and sponge are soft, blocking is easy and the control is good. The short game — pushes, chiquitas, and so on — is also pretty stable.
That said, it might lack power for topspin drives from away from the table.
I'd recommend it for players who block a lot close to the table.All Speed Spin Control
