It feeds a large cut of the amount of rotation in the high friction sheet.
Also do not miss the chance of a counterattack in the drive attacks that take advantage of the rotation in the time of the attack. A good sponge of the bite, is also a feature of easy to control for the swipe of the other party.

This is the classic, go-to chopping rubber. It's got a slightly tacky sheet, but the tackiness really just plays a supporting role — unlike Hurricane, it doesn't lose spin from ball dust building up during practice! The sheet itself has strong grip on the ball, kind of like VS>401 — chops are really good with it. It generates plenty of spin, and it's about as stable as Tackiness Chop! On drives, the spin stretches the ball out nicely, giving you powerful shots. I'd recommend this for the backhand of an inverted-inverted chopper, or the forehand of a pips-out/inverted chopper!!

I put medium sponge on the forehand side of a Liberta Willow. (Backhand is Curl P-4 Gokusu.)
If Tackiness Chop 2 is Tackiness Chop with a harder sponge, this Rev Spin feels like it keeps the sponge soft while making the sheet harder. Also, there's almost no tackiness, but the sheet itself grips the ball strongly.
It has control performance on par with Tackiness Chop, but it's less affected by the opponent's spin, and there's kind of a feeling similar to hitting with short pips.
And yet, when you chop it sharply with a "click," you get spin on par with a spin-oriented tension rubber.
Even when you're rushed and don't have room to add spin, since it doesn't bounce much, if you just block it, the ball goes in anyway. (This turns out to matter more than you'd think.)
Attacking is really at a bare minimum, if that, but I think this is an ideal rubber for someone who wants to grind opponents down with chops.
The more you use it, the more you appreciate how good it is, so I'd recommend sticking with it for at least six months.
It's unassuming, but I think this is a good rubber.
(Addendum) Even though it's not a tension rubber, it's a bit pricey, but it makes up for it with durability. It lasts about twice as long as Morristo DF.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

Let me get right to it - I'm going to write this from a non-chopping perspective. (That's because the chopper style doesn't suit me, so I never properly practiced chopping.)
First, maybe this goes without saying, but since there's a lot of spin, pushes and serves have an advantage. And what surprisingly turned out well was the topspin drive. In particular, a low drive hit with a dropped contact point skims right over the net, and I've even been told it's "hard to return." (Though it's not really worth buying just for the drive...)
Finally, I think this rubber can handle at least the non-chopping side of the game too.

I used max thickness on my forehand. For a chopping rubber, it has plenty of performance for attacking too. Both control and spin are excellent. As an attacking rubber it's a bit lacking in speed, but topspin drives are still easy to hit, so it's strong for a steady, grinding style of play. I also think it would work on the backhand for an all-round player.

The bounce is on the low side, so I think it's better suited for players who prioritize defense and stability☆

I have the thin version of this rubber on my forehand.
When I chop with this rubber in a match, my opponent really struggles to attack it.
By the third, fourth, or fifth game, I can tire them out to the point where their drives stop landing well.
The control is good, and serves get plenty of spin too.
The downside is that when you drive with it, you do get spin, but it's quite slow.

It feels like combining the grip of a tension-type sheet like VS401 with a low-bounce sponge like Tackiness Chop.
Because of this, you can put out sharp, stable chops without losing to the opponent's power. Also, thanks to the good grip on the sheet, it's easy to put spin on your other shots as well. Attacking shots aren't especially fast, but you still get a solid topspin drive, so it's not bad at all.
That said, I think this rubber is really for defense-first choppers who want to develop sharp, stable chops before focusing on attack, and who put the stability of their defense first.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft
