This rubber has a very soft sponge,
and on top of that the sheet has great grip on the ball,
so it's perfect for learning the basics and building solid form.
It also has high control performance,

The topsheet on the V>15 series has a lot of elasticity and really grips. Just to test it, I peeled the sheet off the sponge and pulled on it, and it stretches quite a lot. Thanks to that, with other rubbers, once the spin gets too strong and you hit the limit of the rubber's grip, the ball can slip or drop, or come out as a dull "thud" like a dud shot — but with the V>15 that almost never happens. Even once the surface friction hits its limit, the rubber stretches to keep hold of the ball instead of letting it drop. It grips spin well too, and the speed and control are good. The sponge is soft, yet it has a lot of firmness, so it doesn't get overwhelmed by the power of the incoming ball, and I can always swing all-out. It's easy to use whether you brush it, sink the ball in, or hit it flat. I used to use Fastarc C-1 on my backhand, but the V>15 Limber feels like a rubber that takes what C-1 does and makes it a notch better.

I won this in a Table Tennis Kingdom magazine giveaway, so it only cost me the postage. First off, it's a really good rubber. I used it on the reverse side of a penhold blade. I ended up mounting it on a wooden blade and it bounced a bit too much at first, but once I got used to it, it felt pretty great. Because the topsheet is hard, blocks tend to fly around wildly. I thought it might be due to the opponent's spin, but there were also times it sank in too much. It seems the blade itself is on the soft side...
Still, because it's hard, it has good distance, and my topspin drives held their own even in shakehand backhand-to-backhand exchanges. Personally, the chiquita is what I liked best — it comes out with a nice, smooth trajectory. That said, when I test-hit Rozena, I actually thought Rozena's stability might be a bit better for me. And it's cheaper too...
Still, if you like a sponge that's really soft even if it costs a bit more, give this one a try.
Below is a friend's review who uses Fortius FT on the backhand: "The chiquita and hitting against backspin are both easy to do. I used this on my forehand. Topspin drives come in sharp and solid. Since it's soft, I was able to sink the ball in properly when hitting. But I did feel like it bounces a little too easily.

I use this on my backhand, and it gives me the best stability I've had.
I used to use Tenergy, but I felt I wasn't playing well enough with my own skills to make the most of it, so while trying out various rubbers I found this one (V>15 Limber).
Every technique — topspin drives, chops, smashes, serves — feels stable with it.
That said, it's not like Tenergy where the drive naturally grips and stabilizes on its own, or where sinking the ball in produces an amazing shot — instead, the ball only bounces as much as you put into it, and it goes exactly where you hit it. So if you're used to Tenergy's playing style, you might find it a bit lacking.
It's a relatively light rubber. (It's lighter than Tenergy and a bit heavier than Tenergy FX, so mounted weight is probably around 45g.)All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

It was too soft for me to use.
I'd recommend it for the backhand rather than the forehand.
The Extra version is easier to use.
I think the hardness is easy for beginners to handle.
