      Easy to control, and it grabs a decent amount of spin too.

      Short drives are difficult, but since it bounces well you can return blocks solidly without doing much at all.

      It's fast, but since the sponge is soft it still grabs plenty of spin — I think it's a really good rubber.

      I switched over from short pips and used this on my forehand.
      I was surprised at how much spin it grabs, and it puts out quite a bit of speed too.
      It's pretty much just right for beginners.

      Both the sponge and the sheet are soft, and control is stable.
      If you sink the ball in properly you get spin, but if you try to brush it with just the sheet it tends to slip.
      It's well suited for use on the backhand.
