I'm in 2nd year of junior high, playing shakehand with long pips on the backhand who also chops.
I used this first as a second rubber and tried all sorts of things with it, and I kept using it right up until recently. At first, since it was my first tension rubber, even the medium thickness on the forehand had a lot of bounce. But as I kept using it, I started wondering if there was anything about it that really stood out. With medium thickness, it bounces just right when freshly applied, but after about a month the arc gradually gets lower - chops still go in fine, but blocks don't go in on the forehand! Backhand blocks are super easy, but I wouldn't recommend medium thickness for a chopper's blade. For attacking, maybe thick on the backhand? All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

I wanted a tacky rubber like Hurricane, but I was worried about whether I could actually handle it... and that's when a shop staff member recommended this. I have it on my backhand, and drives come up easily, and if you chop thinly by brushing the ball, it really bites for a lot of backspin. Blocks are stable too, so I really recommend it. It also has a decent amount of speed, so there's no need to pull back on a chance ball!! And best of all, the violet sponge is so cute! I love it!!! If you want to eventually switch to a tacky rubber, I think starting with Factive as a stepping stone is also a good idea!!

These are my impressions from trying it after borrowing it from a friend. My friend had gotten really good, so when I tried it myself, I felt a solid grip on the ball. Personally, I thought it felt similar to Rozena.

I bought this Factive as my second rubber. It's easy to control and gives you plenty of speed too, so it's the perfect rubber for anyone who values both speed and control.

I borrowed this from a friend and hit with it. It was well balanced, and the bite on serves felt good too. I think it works for people just thinking about starting table tennis, as well as experienced players.

I play penhold with short pips on the forehand, but I've been using Sriver G2FX to learn the reverse-side technique. After three months, once my coach judged that I'd gotten the hang of applying spin, I switched to Factive for the first time. With Sriver too, if you hit it firmly, the ball goes in. You can also produce fast shots. But once I switched to Factive, it flew slightly higher and slightly farther than with Sriver, which actually made it more stable. I think this means that if it flew even more, it would become unstable instead. Now I understand why this rubber is called a "second rubber." But it's honestly too good a rubber to just treat as a stepping stone. I feel like sticking with this rubber for a while.
Lastly, I don't think you should rush to step up your equipment if your technique hasn't caught up yet. It would be a waste of a good rubber. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

I used this with a Korbel blade. It goes in easily just by touching the ball. Spin might be a little harder to put on the ball?
But I think it works great if you pair it with a rubber that grips well on the other side. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft
