The seat has a good bite and the sponge is soft, but you can feel the momentum and popping out of the tension rubber. At first I put it on the fore, but when I changed it to the back, it fits. It's easy to block, tsutsuki, and stop. It's soft but not very unsatisfactory. The weight is not heavy either. Note that the rotation seems to be hanging and sometimes it is not.
