Leading to Raj (Experience: 11〜20 years) Firm, spin-oriented

      Reviews by user

As a large-ball rubber, this is on the harder, spin-oriented side.
It gives an impression similar to a tacky tension rubber for hard rubber (regular) play.

Spin techniques are easy to execute, and meet-hitting works well too since the ball flies in a fairly straight, low trajectory rather than a high arc — so it comes down to how you use it.
While the rubber is still new it also produces some erratic balls.

When you really dig the ball into the firm sponge, like when countering off your opponent's power, you get some surprisingly great shots.
It seems pretty hard to pull off using your own power alone, though...
Among large-ball rubbers, I'd say this one has the character of a tacky tension rubber.

    • (Experience: 11〜20 years) Tried large-ball for the first time

      Reviews by user

When I started playing large-ball table tennis, I put max-thickness rubber on both sides of my very first piece of personal equipment.
Since this was my first experience, it became my baseline, but it felt good.
Serves and pushes had good cut on them, and flat hitting was easy too.
That said, I'd like a bit more speed on hard shots.
I had a lot of net misses, which is common for large-ball beginners,
but I assume that's just due to my lack of experience.
