katsuo000_2 (Experience: More than 20 years) Feels like a spin-oriented tension rubber, yet with tacky-level spin!

      At Max thickness, 53g. Measured with a Shore C hardness gauge, 47.3° (Tenergy 05 is 47g, 44.6°).
      1. A bouncy tacky-tension rubber. 2. Paired with a carbon blade, it also works fine on the backhand. 3. Despite how well it bites into the ball, counter-drives land on the table nicely.
The sponge appears to be the latest German-made one, and I think it bites into the ball well for its hardness. It's probably around 55° in hardness, and the sheet's tackiness is very slight — it barely felt sticky at all. If anything, rather than being like a Chinese-made tacky rubber, it's closer to Dignics 09C, and it's an easy rubber to move to from a spin-oriented tension rubber. Also, compared to Dignics 05, the amount of spin you get when you really sink the ball into it still has that tacky-rubber character, but it also has speed performance that's not far behind Dignics 05 — overall a good impression. That said, while the spin performance is high, it doesn't have much in the way of other quirks — like producing unpredictable balls, or the ball extending or sinking after landing on the opponent's side — beyond speed and spin, so I think it's actually quite close to a spin-oriented tension rubber. It depends on what you're looking for in a tacky rubber, but I think it's a solid option besides Dignics 09C.
I've also written about it on my blog, so please check that out too for reference.
