It flies pretty well, so even as a penhold pips player I can hit it in on the backhand. It flies on the forehand too, so it sticks in deep on the opponent's side. Serves come out with a decent amount of spin.

It's really good. Unlike other German-made rubbers,
instead of grazing the ball, you close the racket over it and hit through, and the ball goes deep.
Overall it's a hard rubber, so it's really for advanced players only.
I think it's a rubber that people confident in their strokes will love. Either way it's a great rubber,
so you won't lose anything by using it. Every technique was easy to pull off.
A racket with a flexible material like the Ma Lin Carbon would go well with it!

HAMMOND Z2 is a bit of a hard rubber, but I still think it's a rubber that sends the ball flying deep!! Compared to other rubbers, the pips stick out a lot more, so I think it's a really easy rubber to use!! At first the ball flew on me a lot so it was hard to handle, but after using it for about a month it feels really easy and manageable. It's similar to Tenergy, and the shot trajectory comes out incredibly sharp. Also, fine short-game techniques and drives over the table are really easy to do!! On the backhand, chiquita and backhand shots are really easy too!! Also, since the speed is so high, it makes a really satisfying metallic sound when you hit it. And during topspin rallies, it produces a really nice arc, making rallies incredibly easy to play. Backhand and forehand blocking are both really easy, and the ball just flies back on its own!! Loop drives grip a ton too and work great against opponents!! Also, serves get plenty of spin and knuckle balls are really easy to produce!! It's got speed and spin and is a fast rubber, so I think it's a really high-performance rubber!!

Just looking at it, the pips stick out a lot more than on other rubbers, and I figured it would fly on me at first, but it was really easy to control, so I think it's a really easy rubber to use. It also has good speed and gets a ton of spin, so I'd call it a really high-performance rubber. HAMMOND Z2 is similar to Butterfly's Tenergy, and the ball trajectory often lands deep on the table. When serving with sidespin, it grabs a ton of spin, and it's really easy to produce knuckle balls too. Flicks, stops, and short-game drives over the table are all easy to do. Loop driving also grabs a ton of spin and is easy to pull off. Backhand shots and chiquita have good speed and grab a ton of spin too, so I think it's a really great rubber!!

I bought it on the strength of the Hammond name.
Thoughts after using it in practice matches:
- With a hard-hitting style, the spin feels a bit lacking
- With a relaxed, sharp-angle, full-contact stroke, you get plenty of speed and spin
- Stay relaxed through the swing and just make contact on impact
- On a proper inner-type racket the bounce feels lacking and everything ends up half-bakedThe sheet's surface looks like it's wearing faster than I expected.
The feel of use hasn't changed at all though, no real wear showing.
It might be chip-prone because the tension is set high.
→ Early Tenergy with its rough bubble surface was fragile too, so I'm hopeful this'll hold up over time.My coach also says the ball has real pace on it now, it's more stable, and (for my age) the ball is not far off a college player's level.
Fast, and plenty of spin.
Compared to Dignics, hitting against backspin is nearly mistake-free.
Mistakes during rallies have dropped a lot compared to usual.
I'm not sure if it's the racket or the rubber, but
Hammond Z2 really seems to click for people it suits.

The ball flies in a straight line, so smashes are easy to land, and I think the spin is on par with Tenergy 05.

If you're stuck choosing a rubber, you should just get this one first. The spin is insane and the speed is really fast - I'd say it's for advanced players.
