I have this Hurricane 8-80 Power Type on both sides of my Innerforce Layer ZLC, and first of all, it's incredibly heavy — total weight comes out to around 200 grams. Because of that, you have to swing faster and recover faster to keep up with rapid exchanges. Personally, I didn't feel that much tackiness from the rubber itself. It generates a good amount of spin, but it's also quite fast and flies pretty well. It has plenty of power for flat hitting too. Looping feels amazing and puts a ton of spin on the ball. Even on the backhand, a small swing produces decent speed and a reasonable amount of spin, so it's good there too. That said, I can't really recommend this rubber to someone switching straight from inverted rubber to a tacky rubber. If you want to make that switch, going inverted → tacky-tension → tacky might be better, because tackiness itself behaves strangely — the ball can fly way too far in one moment and drop way too short in the next. Once you get used to it, though, it's pretty good.

There's a slight tacky-rubber feel to it, but you can handle it just like a tension rubber.

Put max thickness on a Harimoto Inner ALC, 47.4g.
A tacky rubber with a strong tension feel.
It doesn't feel as hard as I expected, so it works fine on the backhand too.
Since it's tacky, the ball doesn't balloon up or drop, so it's easy to use — even tension-rubber users can handle it without any problem.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

I originally used Hurricane Neo 3, but switched to this one because Neo 3 was hard to handle.
My overall impression is that this is really easy to use.
Shots go in whether you hit it tacky-style or tension-style. The amount of spin is incredible too.
A coach with many years in table tennis described it as basically a tacky version of Tenergy.
The coach who test-hit it had switched to the 8-80 by the following week.
