      I'd wanted this rubber for a while, and it went on sale on Amazon, so I bought it. First off, this rubber barely bounces at all, so when you block the opponent's topspin drive, the ball usually bounces twice on their side. Also, in tournament play it's hard to generate spin with, so pairing it with a high-spin rubber like Hurricane on the forehand to create a change of pace worked really well.

      Personally, I think this is the most powerful anti-spin rubber out there.
      Even on a carbon blade, it barely bounces at all — the ball double-bounces, letting you completely shut down your opponent's topspin drives.

      Neubauer said on their official site that this rubber can be used on carbon blades, so I tried it on a pretty ordinary carbon blade.
      The rubber sheet is indeed just as hard as EVO2, but thanks to the softer sponge, the feel is more like a trick-anti.
      That said, this one lets you return the ball lower than a trick-anti.
      The spin reversal effect isn't as strong as EVO2, just slightly weaker.
      Even though it says it works on carbon blades, at 1.5mm it does bottom out against the blade, so if you hit hard, I'd recommend the 2.0mm.
