I use it on my forehand.
I use the extra thick version. This rubber doesn't have many quirks and I think it has more of a sticky tension than a tension rubber.
It cuts the serve well and makes smashes and hitting shots easy.
However, as I use it, the stickiness gradually wears off. It's not as sharp as it was at the beginning.
This is a sticky rubber I recommend for beginners and intermediate players.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard
