      I'm not good with tension rubbers like Tenergy, so my coach recommended sticky rubbers. I tried them on both sides and found them very good; my drives and other finesse techniques on the table became much more stable. My friend's impact was weak, so all his serves were knuckleballs. It might be difficult if you don't have a good feel for gripping the ball. I couldn't get the ball to bite into my backhand, so it just became a flat shot, haha.
      The downside is that it doesn't last very long. On my forehand, the rubber turned white after a month, and I couldn't get any more power in my drives. Also, the speed wasn't as fast as I expected, so I think you need to adjust your technique and racket.
