It doesn't bounce on its own, and it doesn't spin.
But when you hit it hard yourself, it becomes more powerful.
The sponge is hard and makes it easy to apply tight rotation.
Since it does not apply, it is less susceptible to the influence of the opponent's rotation.
Recommended for table tennis where you stick to the front and set the tempo.
