  Wandering Takujin (Experience: １１〜２０ years) Spin and speed

  

  I used the 1.6mm version
  and mounted it on the backhand.
  In a word, it's a short pips rubber that's about as close to inverted rubber as you can get.
  The spin performance is high enough that you wouldn't guess it's vertical pips, and I'd say the speed is quite fast too.
  That said, even at 1.6mm this bounces more than any short pips I've ever tried. Because of that, control is difficult, and even when you try to drop it short it often doesn't stay short.
  This might partly be down to how I use it, but I get almost no knuckle balls out of it.
  I think it's very well suited to players who attack hard from backhand short pips, or to penhold or forehand short pips players.
  It's absolutely not suited to players looking for variation from their short pips.

  一言で言うならば、裏ソフトに限りなく近い表ソフトです。
  縦目と思えないくらい回転性能が高く、スピードもかなり速い部類だと思います。
  ただ、1.6でもここまで弾みの強い表ソフトは経験がないくらい弾みます。したがってコントロールが難しく、短く落とそうとしても短くならないケースが多いです。
  自分の使い方の問題もあると思いますが、ナックルはほとんどでないです。
  バック表でガンガン攻めていく、もしくはペン表、フォア表の選手には非常に向いていると思います。
  変化を表ソフトに求める選手には全く向きません。

  ATT (Experience: １１〜２０ years) Quietly good

  

  A vertical-pip spin-oriented rubber. I used to use the Normal version, but the blocks were good while it just didn't fly, so I switched to Impartial XS. This Hard version, though, fixes both the Normal's lack of flight and the way blocks used to get pushed back. Blocks stop nicely, and shots don't drop off and still carry decent power. I play penhold short pips, and depending on how you use it you can get both an annoying block and a stable forehand at the same time, so I think it's a good rubber.

  縦目の回転系。以前はノーマルを使っていたが、ブロックはいいのに飛ばないのでインパーシャルXSに乗り換えた。しかし、このハードバージョンは、ノーマルの飛ばない点・ブロックが押される点を解消。ブロックが良く止まるし、打っても落ちずにそこそこ威力もある。当方はペン表だが、使いようによっていやらしいブロックと安定したフォアが両立できるので、良いラバーだと思う。

  Pen Meat (Experience: ６〜１０ years) Keeps the original's ease of use, adds power and variation

  

  The pips are a low trapezoid shape arranged in a vertical/hybrid layout — it's a hybrid short pips rubber.
  Performance-wise it really is the best of both worlds.
  The plain version had good control but the variation and speed left something to be desired; the Hard version, though, lets you produce some really nasty knuckle balls.
  When you block the opponent's loop, it comes back as a knuckle ball flat enough that they'll want to push it back, and you can block speed drives and smashes without getting knocked back either.
  That said, it doesn't slip when you push or drive — you can still put solid spin on the ball.
  If you meet the ball squarely, the speed really comes out too, so it has plenty of finishing power.
  On defense it stops the ball firmly and it's easy to add variation like knuckle balls and sidespin, while on offense the speed is there — nothing to complain about.
  Since the variation comes through so well I think it's also good for backhand short pips, but because it has stability and speed too, I'd also recommend it for penhold or forehand short pips.

  粒形状は低めの台形で配列は縦目とハイブリッドな表ソフトラバーです。
  性能に関してもまさにいいとこどり。
  無印はコントロールはいいものの変化とスピードが物足りませんでしたが、ハードになってかなりえげつないナックルが出せるようになりました。
  相手のループをブロックした際はツッツキされるレベルのナックルになり、スピードドライブやスマッシュに対しても弾かれずにブロックできます。
  しかし、ツッツキやドライブの時に滑ることもなくしっかりと回転をかけれます。
  しっかりミートすればスピードもかなり出るので決定力も十分。
  守るときはしっかり止まり、ナックルやサイドスピンなどの変化もつけやすく攻めたときはスピードがでるため言うことなし。
  変化がよく出るのでバック表にもいいと思いますが、安定性とスピードもあるためペン表やフォア表にもおすすめです。
