    Customer Reviews SummaryAI Summary
The hardened version of Symmetry is highly praised for combining improved stability and ball control with enhanced speed and attacking capability compared to the original. However, its strong bounce can increase control difficulty, leading to divided opinions depending on the player's skill level and preferences.
    ■ Frequently Mentioned Points
    • Harder sponge improves stability and ball retention compared to original
    • Excellent spin performance for a pimple rubber with easier backspin generation
    • Enhanced defensive techniques like blocking and pushing
    • Outstanding cost-performance ratio at this price point
    • Increased speed during attacks with sufficient finishing power
    ■ Representative Voices
▲ PositiveThe original Symmetry was too soft to use effectively as a forehand pimple rubber, but the hardened version makes it much easier to hit smashes and topspin shots stably. It's incredible that this level of performance is available at this price.
▽ CriticalThe bounce is extremely strong, making it difficult to control. When trying to drop the ball short, it often doesn't work as intended. Backspin is almost impossible to generate.

Wandering Takuto (Experience: 11〜20 years) Rotation and speed

      Reviews by user

I used 1.6. I stuck it on the back. In a word, it is a topspinner that is very close to a backspinner. It has high rotation performance that you wouldn't think it is vertical, and I think it is quite fast in terms of speed. However, even with 1.6, it bounces so much that I have never experienced a topspinner with such a strong bounce. Therefore, it is difficult to control, and even if you try to drop it short, it often does not get shorter. I think it may be a problem with how I use it, but I almost never hit a knuckle. I think it is very suitable for players who attack aggressively with a backspinner, or for players who use a pen or forehand. It is not suitable at all for players who want a change in their topspin.

TO (Experience: 11〜20 years) Modestly good

      Reviews by user

Vertical rotation type. I used to use the normal version, but although the block was good, it didn't fly, so I switched to the Impartial XS. However, this hard version solves the problem of the normal version not flying and the block being pushed. The block stops well, doesn't fall even when hit, and has a decent amount of power. I use the pen table, but I think it's a good rubber because it can be used to achieve both a nasty block and a stable forehand.

Pen Meat (Experience: 6〜10 years) The ease of use of the original is intact, while increasing attack power and variation.

      Reviews by user

The grain shape is a low trapezoid and the grain arrangement is vertical, making this a hybrid top rubber.
It has the best of both worlds in terms of performance.
The original rubber had good control but lacked change and speed, but with the harder rubber you can now produce some pretty brutal knuckles.
When blocking an opponent's loop, the knuckle becomes strong enough to be pushed, and you can block speed drives and smashes without being bounced off.
However, when pushing or driving, there is no slippage and you can apply a lot of spin.
If you make a good hit, you can get a lot of speed, so you have plenty of power to decide.
It stops well when defending, and it's easy to make changes such as knuckles and side spin, and it has speed when attacking, so there's nothing to complain about.
It's good for backhand tops because it changes a lot, but it's also stable and fast, so I recommend it for pen tops and forehand tops as well.
