Gratrail (Experience:6〜10 years) A short pimple rubber that combines the best of both vertical and horizontal weaves, and the best of both tension and high elast

This is a switch from using a single-sided penhold rubber with horizontally oriented pips.
It's definitely on the harder side, but the feel isn't a "crisp" hardness, but rather a "chewy" hardness with good resilience.
Those who want to aggressively hit the ball with a lot of smacking might find it holds the ball too well.
On the other hand, for those who want to balance strong ball resistance with a certain degree of control, I think it's a good balance.
The perfect balance of hardness and ball-holding ability is best utilized in techniques like blocking, pushing, and counter-attacking.
You can deflect strong balls while receiving them, or send deep, low, aggressive shots while holding the ball.
Because it's vertically oriented, the maximum spin is inferior to horizontally oriented spin rubbers, but the large, dense pips provide sufficient spin for pushes and drives.
Personally, I felt it was easier to apply spin and the ball rose higher than with Moristo SP.
You can also intentionally create knuckleballs, so it's recommended for those who want to utilize the difference in spin.
The tension isn't very strong; it bounces more than high-elasticity rubbers, but it doesn't have the powerful launch feel of German rubbers.
The sponge doesn't give way, so the elasticity is such that it flies as far as you swing and stops as little as you swing.
