This is a short-pips rubber that gets a surprising amount of spin. Most people, when they push and the ball doesn't come up and ends up in the net, give a look like "wait, this is short pips — why does it spin so much?" The chop's trajectory is also hard to read, apparently because a knuckle ball and a spinny ball fly the same way off this rubber.
Blocks also come out moderately knuckled and land safely on the table, so overall I think this is a really easy rubber to use.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

Most of the balls you return end up as knuckle balls.
Even though it's short pips, the returns come out similar to long pips.
It's a rubber that isn't affected by your opponent's spin.
The ball doesn't have much speed.
I think receiving is easy with this rubber.
