  I used this on a Joo Se Hyuk blade, and found both drives and chops very easy to handle.
  The amount of spin loses out to inverted rubber, but I think it's still on the higher side. I found loop drives easy to hit.
  I also felt it was easy to control for short-game techniques like pushes.
  Since it's not easily affected by incoming spin, blocking is also easy. It's nice that the price is reasonable too.

  チュセヒュクに貼って使っていましたが、ドライブもカットも非常に扱いやすいと感じた。
  回転量は裏ソフトには負けますが多い方だと思います。ループドライブがやりやすいと感じました。
  ツッツキなど台上技術でもコントロールしやすいと感じました。
  回転の影響を受けずらいのでブロックもやりやすいですね。価格も手ごろなのがありがたいですね。

  STRATUS POWERDEFENSE

  

  I picked this up because it's Tibhar's first chopping blade. Compared to the Joo Se-hyuk blade, the speed is toned down and the blade is wider. It's light, so it's easy to swing through on drives too. It also pairs well with the 1Q and Glass rubbers — it tones down those two fast rubbers just enough to make them manageable.
  Even Glass, which used to be a real handful, became a lot easier to use with this. On close-to-the-table blocks, it holds up without getting pushed back and returns the ball solidly to the other side. The material is soft, so it feels a bit cheap, like it might shatter if you knock it against the table, but right now I think it's the best blade for me.

  ティバー初のカット用ラケットということで購入してみました。チュセヒュクに比べて弾みが抑えられていてブレード幅が広いです。軽いのでドライブなどの時も振り抜きやすいです。1Q・グラスとの相性も良く、弾みが強い二つのラバーもほどよく抑えられて扱いやすいです。
  じゃじゃ馬だったグラスもかなり使いやすくなりました。前陣ブロックでも押し負けずしっかり相手コートへ返球できます。材質が柔らかいため台などにぶつけたりしてしまったら粉砕しそうな安っぽさはありますが、現状自分に一番合ったラケットだと思います。

  I had this on my backhand. The sheet grips the ball well, so serves and drives get strong spin. However, it's easily affected by incoming spin, so returning serve can be tough without decent short-game skills. The sheet is soft, so you play by letting the ball sink in. Same with drives - if you let the ball sink in, you can hit fast topspin drives. Since it's easily affected by spin, it doesn't seem great for blocking (things like curve drives especially throw it off). I'd say this suits beginner-to-intermediate drive players who understand how spin works and have some short-game skill.

  バック面に貼ってました。シートの引っかかりがいいのでサーブやドライブでの回転量は強いです。しかし回転の影響を受けやすいのでサーブレシーブでは台上技術が無いと厳しいかも。シートが柔らかいため食い込ませて打つ感じ。ドライブなども食い込ませて打つことでスピードのあるドライブが打てます。回転の影響を受けやすいのでブロックにはあまり向かない気がします(カーブドライブなど影響を受けやすい)。回転の仕組みを理解していてかつ台上技術をある程度できる初心者、中級者のドライブマン向けかと思います。

  I used to have this on a Joo Se-hyuk blade, but I stopped using it because it was too bouncy and too much of a wild horse.
  After that I got curious about the 1Q, another Tibhar rubber, and bought it, along with a new blade to match, so I put it on the backhand to try out an all-Tibhar combination.
  I'd heard it pairs well with the 1Q, and when I tried it, the wild-horse behavior was toned down quite a bit. Also, probably because the blade keeps the bounce in check, I made fewer overshooting mistakes.
  I'm especially grateful that my blocks became more stable. Chops also had fewer overshoot mistakes. On the attacking side, it's strong for throwing the opponent's rhythm off and for just blocking the ball back with the opponent's own spin intact. Since the pips are tall and soft, flick-style shots let you enjoy more variation than you'd expect. That said, it's still an advanced-level rubber, so if you're using long pips for the first time, you're probably better off practicing with a more beginner-friendly long pips rubber first.

  以前はチュセヒュクに貼っていましたが弾みすぎるのとじゃじゃ馬すぎる為使うのを辞めていました。その後同じティバーの1Qが気になり購入、それに合わせてラケットも買ったのでティバー同士の組み合わせを試してみようとバック面に貼りました。
  1Qとの相性が良いとあったので試してみたらじゃじゃ馬がだいぶ抑えられました。あとは弾みを抑えたラケットだからかオーバーミスが減りました。
  特にブロックが安定するようになったのはありがたいです。カットに関してもオーバーミスが減りました。攻撃に関しても相手を揺さぶったり、当てるだけで相手の回転をそのまま返せるのは強い。粒が高くやわらかいため流し打ちをすると想像以上の変化を楽しめます。ただそれでも上級者向けのラバーになりますので粒高を初めて使うという人はまず手頃な粒高で練習してからのほうがいいでしょう。

  I bought this because Kura-san on WRM praised it so highly.
  Being a tension rubber, at first it bounced too much and I couldn't really handle it, but I've finally gotten used to it. My chops come out low and skidding with a lot of bite, so I think drive players find them really hard to return. On top of that, I can chop consistently — I've definitely made fewer chopping errors. The one downside is that the trajectory tends to be flat, so if you chop hard on a ball that's below table height it can go long, but even a light chop puts enough spin on it to cover for that. The push is sharp, just like they advertise, though if you don't really cut it well it's easy to net. For drives, the ball comes out fast with a lot of spin. Even balls below table height come up easily with just a light graze. Personally I found it easier to hit by really sinking the ball into the sponge.
  Also, blocking close to the table — just blocking the ball sends it back pretty fast. I think this is a good choice for choppers playing mid-distance to away from the table, and for blockers close to the table.

  WRMでくらさんが絶賛していたので買いました。
  テンション系ラバーだけあって最初は弾みすぎると持て余していましたが、ようやく馴染んで来ました。カットは低く伸びるカットでキレキレなのでドライブマンにはかなり打ちづらいと思います。しかも安定したカットが出せる。確実にカットミスが減りました。ただ弾道が直線になりやすいため台より低いボールを強めにカットするとオーバー気味になりますが軽くカットするだけでも十分な回転がかかるのでカバーできます。ツッツキは売りにしてるだけあって鋭いです。ただしっかり切らないとネットミスになりやすいと思いました。ドライブは回転量の強い早い球が飛んでいきます。台より低い球も軽くこするだけでしっかり持ち上がります。個人的には食い込ませて打つ方がやりやすかったです。
  あとは前陣でのブロック、当てるだけで結構早い球になって返っていきます。中陣後陣でのカットマン、前陣でのブロックマンにおすすめだと思います。
